2015 SBS Kpop Awards Full Performances

At the end of every year, there are numerous award show and performances from my favorite idols. Sometimes these shows are translated into english and sometimes they aren’t.

This year my fav artist IU is hosting the SBS Kpop Awards aka 2015 SBS Gayo Daejun with veteran MC Shin Dong Yup so I have to see it. This is IU’s second time in MCing this show and surprisingly it’s Shin Dong Yup’s first time.

I always have a hard time finding subbed video of what the MC’s are saying. Thankfully the people at viki has translated the 2015 SBS Kpop Awards. However while I was watching it, I found that the video hosted on viki was quite blurry eventhough  it stated that it’s 360p.

I decided to watch the english translated part on viki and then find the HQ videos of the performances on youtube.

Below is the playlist of the performances in chronological order of how they appeared. I could only find some of the videos in HQ so not all the performances are HQ.

My favorite performance for the first part so far would be the special stage Diva Together by Ailee, Luna,Eunji and Solar. Because IU hasn’t promoted her newest album yet, I believe this is her first time performing 23 outside of her concert. I’ve been watching it nonstop since the only other live videos of her performing 23  are from fancams.

I liked the second part a lot more than the first half , my favorite performance would be

  • Taemin performing Yoo Jae Ha’s Because I love You
  • Exo and Taemin’s joint performance of MAMA and Lucifer
  • Girl’s Generation performing Lion Heart and Catch Me If You Can

Which performance is your favorite?

Just wondering for when I upload music performance in the future, would you prefer me embedding each video on my blog or would you rather I put the videos in a playlist?

I didn’t upload any of the videos. I only grouped them into the playlist.

2015 in review on DramaDreamLand

Happy New Years!!! I would like to take this moment to thank everyone who have followed me and commented on this blog. It means so much to me to know that I am not a loner in this world and that there are other people who appreciate dramas just as much as I do. The comments and conversations I have with you guys are what propels me to write my drama reviews and to keep this blog going.

For the past two month, due to real life obligations I didn’t have time to do any reviews and make an posts. However I am still alive and actively watching dramas. I am still quite active on tumblr as making memorable gifs takes a lot less time than writing an entire drama review. I do plan to write a year end review of all the dramas that I watched during this year soon.

Currently I am behind on many dramas. It may be because a majority of the dramas I’ve watched this year were lackluster and I have found more enjoyment in watching  variety show and have been marathoning through Running Man and Infinity Challenge. I am still in the midst of watching Yunge from the Desert and I also started a couple korean dramas (Last and Bubblegum). The next drama that  I am dying to watch would probably be From 5 to 9 and Love Me If You Dare.

I was checking my emails and found that wordpress stats has made an overview of my blog for this year.

If you’re interested you can check it out at the link below :

Madison Square Garden can seat 20,000 people for a concert. This blog was viewed about 64,000 times in 2015. If it were a concert at Madison Square Garden, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

And again, thanks for being such great listeners to this drama addict and I wish you all a Happy New Year!!!

“Collective Invention” Releases the Behind The Scenes Process of Lee Kwang Soo turning into a Fish-Man Mutant

Lee Kwang Soo’s new movie “Collective Invention” starring Park Bo Young and Lee Chun Hee, releases a teaser showing him being plastered up for the special fish face mask. Lee Kwang Soo plays a fish-man mutant that becomes a star overnight but with the popularity also comes with backlash. It’s said that mask itself is 8 kilograms and he could not open his eyes and must remain still throughout the process of being plastered.

I am quite mesmerizes by this process Continue reading
